1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, with packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products used, damaged, or incomplete


3. Return Process

  1. Email support@pakpilot.shop with your order number and reason

  2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions

  3. Ship the product to the approved address

  4. Once inspected, refunds or exchanges are processed


4. Refund Timing

  • Typically processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds issued to the original payment method

  • Confirmation email sent once completed


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer preference returns: shipping costs covered by customer

  • Returns due to defects or wrong items: PakPilot covers shipping


6. Exchanges
